2. Booking Policy

✅ All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
✅ Accurate and complete information must be provided while booking. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
✅ Bookings may require full or partial advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.

3. Payment Policy

✅ Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Bank Transfer.
✅ All prices are subject to change until full payment is made.
✅ Any additional charges such as city taxes, resort fees, or service charges are to be paid directly at the destination (if applicable).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ Cancellation policies vary depending on the package, airline, or hotel booked.
✅ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the rules of the service provider after deducting applicable fees.
✅ Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect in your account.

5. Amendments & Changes

✅ Any request for changes to travel dates or services must be made in writing.
✅ Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs as per supplier policies.

6. Travel Documents

✅ Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
✅ Parampara Travel LLP is not liable for delays or denial of boarding due to incomplete travel documents.

7. Liability Disclaimer

✅ We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or cancellation caused by third-party service providers.
✅ We are not liable for any natural calamities, flight delays, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

8. Privacy Policy

✅ Personal information collected during the booking process is used strictly for processing reservations and is protected under our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

✅ These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
