×   Vehicle services on leisure days or after the sightseeing tour ends.
×   Any kind of drinks (alcoholic, mineral water, aerated beverages).
×   Camera fees, starters, soft or hard drinks not included.
×   Medical & Travel insurance.
×   Any additional cost due to flight delays/cancellations, roadblocks, bad weather, or health issues.

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee:
✓   30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
✓   29 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
✓   19 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost.

Cancellation Policy

✓ You or any member of your group may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. A written request or email must be sent by the person who made the booking. The cancellation will only be effective once we receive the formal request in our office.

✓ We make all arrangements well in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for you. However, in rare circumstances, changes may become necessary. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of your travel arrangements at any time.
✓ If any such changes occur, we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a valid reason and explore suitable alternatives or refunds wherever applicable.
