Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Full payment must be made prior to the departure date.

Cancellations by the Traveler

• Cancellations must be made in writing or via email by the person who made the booking.
• Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

• We will inform you in advance and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.

• Travelers must ensure all documents (ID, tickets) are valid before departure.

Pricing

• All rates are based on current pricing and subject to change due to external factors.
• GST is applicable over and above the package cost.

• Refer to your package for what is included.
• Services not listed are chargeable separately.

Liability & Responsibility

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or events beyond our control.
• Travelers are advised to take personal travel insurance.
